1. Make sure the finger is warm and relaxed. Clean and make an insicion in the
upper side of the finger tip by use of a
suitable minimum 1,5 mm lancette for adults.

2. Wipe of the two to tree first drops of
blood to get rid of tissue fluid and to get a
good blood flow.

3. Apply the cuvette in any angle andfill it
in one move upwards to avoid possible
trapped air bubbles. Make sure to wipe of
the remains of blood before possible double
sampling.

4. Make sure there is no blood on
the outside measuring surface of the cuvette.

5. Place the cuvette in the holder and tap it.
The result will be displayed within 1-2 seconds. Make note of the results.
Automatic download of results can be
done by data management if
suitable interface is availible

6. In case of  a confirmative measurement - within 30-45 seconds - squeeze gently from
the finger base to get another drop of blood.
